Engagement shoot

The day before my birthday, I had the gift of photographing Max and Jonah’s engagement session at the stunning Fronteira Palace in Lisbon. It just so happened we were all in Portugal at the same time, total serendipity. We shot the entire session on film, a mix of Kodak Portra 400 and Cinestill 800T, which gave us such a dreamy blend of tones and mood. The architecture, the light, the energy between them, it all just clicked.

I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. I’m already counting down to their Cape Cod wedding next year. These two are effortless, stylish, and so in love, can’t wait.
